• Content you create: Posts, captions, images, and videos you create within Social Manager App
• Usage data: How you interact with Social Manager App features
• Payment information: Wallet address and transaction hashes for subscription verification (we do not store credit card numbers)

2. How We Use Your Information

Social Manager App uses your information to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your account
• Post content to connected social media platforms on your behalf
• Store your post history, drafts, and scheduled posts
• Verify subscription payments
• Send important account notifications
• Improve Social Manager App features and performance

3. TikTok Data

When you connect your TikTok account to Social Manager App, we access:

• Your TikTok profile information (display name, avatar) to confirm the connection
• Permission to upload and publish videos to your TikTok profile via the Content Posting API

We do not sell, share, or use your TikTok data for any purpose other than enabling you to post content through Social Manager App. We store only the minimum data required (access token and user ID) to provide the service.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore database and Firebase Authentication). Access tokens are encrypted and stored in your personal account space. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Social Manager App integrates with third-party social media platforms. When you connect these platforms, their own privacy policies also apply. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of each platform you connect.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Social media platforms you explicitly connect (to post on your behalf)
• Firebase/Google (for data storage and authentication)
• Blockchain networks (for payment verification only)

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@socialmanagerapp.org.

8. Your Rights
