2. Account Registration

To use Social Manager App, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Social Manager App.

3. Subscription and Payment

Social Manager App offers a 3-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription of $20, payable in 1000PDF tokens on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) network. Payments are verified on-chain and are non-refundable once processed.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Social Manager App, you agree to:

• Comply with the terms of service of each connected social media platform
• Not post spam, misleading content, or content that violates platform policies
• Not use Social Manager App to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the security of Social Manager App
• Take full responsibility for all content you publish through Social Manager App

5. TikTok Integration

When you connect your TikTok account to Social Manager App, you authorize us to post content on your behalf using TikTok's Content Posting API. You remain solely responsible for all content posted to TikTok through Social Manager App. You must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.

6. Connected Platform Accounts

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post content on connected platforms. Social Manager App acts as a tool to facilitate posting and is not responsible for content violations on third-party platforms.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create and post using Social Manager App. By using our service, you grant Social Manager App a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Service Availability

Social Manager App aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or third-party platform API changes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time by disconnecting your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

Social Manager App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Social Manager App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
